We arrange all of it as one package, departing in two groups every month through the season. Because the whole booking sits with one office, a flight change moves the hotel booking with it rather than leaving you to renegotiate separately.
Hotel availability close to the Haram is the constraint that tightens first, particularly in Ramadan. Booking early is the difference between walking to the Haram and depending on transport for every prayer.

Book early for RamadanHotel availability near the Haram tightens sharply for Ramadan and stays tight through the season. The earlier the booking is confirmed, the closer to the Haram you will be staying, and that affects the whole trip far more than any other choice in the package.
